Wendy is a fantastic Realtor® very responsive and didn’t make us feel lost in the process. She was very patient with us exploring homes, virtually and in person, even those in areas beyond her main towns of expertise. She also taught us the beauty of making a home our own and helped us see our dream home beyond the current state. We placed several offers together that were not accepted but I think part of that is the market climate and although she hadn’t worked with physician loans much before she listened to us and helped showcase the benefits of our offer. If we ever decide on moving again, I will definitely be reaching out to Wendy, and referring her to all our friends.
